The completed draft of the plan was distributed to Steering Committee members on April 16th for their detailed evaluation and input. A virtual meeting of the Steering Committee was held on April 21st at 2:30 pm. The purpose of the meeting was for the project team to present the plan and gather feedback and input from the Steering Committee.
